Purchased by Australian entrepreneur Peter Freedman for a staggering $6 million, this piece of music history is on loan from Freedman himself, making the exhibition even more special.
But that’s not all! Cobain’s olive-green mohair cardigan, also worn during the Unplugged show, will be displayed alongside the guitar. This rare pairing will be a first for public viewing, reuniting two iconic pieces of rock memorabilia.
