NEON will launch a new exhibition venue at Battersea Power Station in spring 2025, the first purpose-built cultural site in Central London. Construction is underway, featuring award-winning exhibitions like Machu Picchu. The venue will host two unique exhibitions annually, supporting local schools and charities with free tickets. NEON, a prominent global experience entertainment firm, will unveil its new venue at Battersea Power Station in spring 2025. This groundbreaking event space, adjacent to the iconic landmark, is the first purpose-built cultural exhibition facility in Central London. It will showcase NEON’s acclaimed immersive experiences, with details of the inaugural exhibition to be announced soon.

The construction, led by Star Live as the main contractor and Expo Pavilion Group as the creative architects, is currently underway. Earlier this year, a massive 128-tonne, 3,200 square metre roof was successfully installed using 48 chain hoists.

By establishing NEON at Battersea Power Station, the venue aims to enrich London’s cultural landscape. It will feature a semi-permanent selection of experiences from its award-winning exhibitions, including Machu Picchu and Jurassic World: The Exhibition. Ron Tan, NEON’s CEO, expressed excitement about contributing to the vibrant community at Battersea Power Station since its public opening in October 2022.

Battersea Power Station has emerged as a key cultural hub in Central London, recognised by National Geographic as one of the top 20 cultural spots worldwide. The area boasts over 150 shops, eateries, and leisure facilities, complemented by an annual calendar of events like the Light Festival and CelebrASIA.

In line with Battersea’s designation as the London Borough of Culture, NEON will host two unique exhibitions each year, positioning itself as a major attraction for both locals and tourists. Collaborating with top studios, NEON curates distinctive immersive experiences and original artefact displays, drawing nearly a million annual visitors to their exhibitions.

To celebrate its opening, NEON will distribute 5,000 free tickets to local schools, as well as 1,000 tickets for charities and community groups, affirming its commitment to accessible cultural experiences for all. Additionally, NEON recently launched the Harry Potter: Visions of Magic exhibition in Singapore, marking its expansion into the Asian market.
